This service encompasses 2 to 6 sessions of diversity and cultural awareness coaching for all groups and teams. The process involves identifying the specific need for training then an approach designed especially for the group/team is carried out over the sessions. All topics will focus on assisting with inclusion, acceptance, identifying others' cultural differences, adaptation and assimilation practices.
